尾形光琳（1658～1716）は、斬新な意匠と豊かな

装飾性あふれる独自の画風を築きあげたことでよく

知られています。

再版には、明治期に木版画で出版した当時の

「原版木」を用い、京都在住の名摺師が当時のままに

手摺しました。

Korin Ogata was a painter of the Rimpa School.
But he was also a very versatile artisan who

worked in ceramics, textile designs and

lacquer ware.
Korin Ogata's style of nature paintings

influenced generations of artists after him.

His designs were copied until the 20th century.
